Commercial Lines Account Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join the dynamic team of a reputable insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients.
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling additional insurance products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CISR, CIC) preferred but not required.
