Job Requirements

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience leading a maintenance department
  • Proven focus on safety, preventive maintenance, and Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience with PSM, CMMS and SAP preferred
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and employee development skills
