Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of water-soluble technologies for many different of industries. They currently seek a Process Scale Up Engineer to support the development of new processes within their R&D facilities in Indiana. This engineer will work with pilot plant personnel to scale-up new processes from pilot-scale to full-scale manufacturing and then optimize those processes within the plant.

 

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 + bonus

Job Requirements

The position requires an advance degree in Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience out of polymers or coatings. Process development and scale up experience is required.
