As a Safety Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure the plant is compliant with all site safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Create, implement, track, and report all regulatory programs and safety policies
- Investigate accidents and utilize root cause analyses
- Manage site safety documentation including OSHA log

Job Requirements
As a Safety Manager job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or another science related field
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility; agricultural or chemical is ideal
- Previous leadership or supervision experience
- Must be a CSP (Certified Safety Professional)
- Previous experience working in a PSM-regulated facility is a must
- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations
