Our client is a producer of agricultural products that are sold in over 2,000 retail outlets worldwide. They are currently seeking a Senior Production Engineer to add to their team at their coastal North Carolina manufacturing facility. This facility is 50 miles from Greenville, NC. This facility offers ample room for advancement. The job is open due to promotion!
As a Senior Production Engineer job responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identify areas for cost savings and safety improvements
- Lead root cause analysis
- Identify and implement safety and/or environmental projects
- Lead quality and product improvement and optimization efforts
- Ensure production tonnage is as planned
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Job Requirements
As a Senior Production Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS Chemical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience out of chemical manufacturing
- Familiarity with HAZOPs and MOCs and PSM
- Experience with day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
