PSM Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Chemicals/Process Safety/Engineer/Refining/Process Engineer/Production Engineer
Our client is a global supplier of specialty chemicals and a leader in refining. They currently seek a hands-on chemical engineer for a PSM Engineer position at their facility just outside of the greater Pittsburgh area. The ideal candidate will wear many hats, with experience in process design, process, project, and production being ideal.
As a PSM Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Participate in PHAs and LOPA reviews/audits
- Provide technical knowledge utilizing PSM experience
- Create and implement PSM standards and regulations
- Maintain Management of Change (MOC) Program
- Participate in any PSM & RMP compliance audits as needed
- Lead PSM incident investigations

Job Requirements
As a PSM Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience working as a Process/Production Engineer in a PSM regulated chemical plant or refinery
- Knowledge in PSM risk assessment techniques
- Experience with PSM best practices and leading initiatives
