Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for an exciting new role in New Martinsville, WV. This is a front line supervisor role within an organization that offers growth opportunities and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities for the Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor include:
- Training, supervising, and mentoring staff
- Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting system issues
- Working to prevent breakdowns and eliminate equipment outages
- Working with maintenance planners and engineers to resolve reliability issues
- Ensuring the safe work practices and procedures are followed
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor include:
- At least 5 years of related experience in an industrial environment
- Must be able to interpret schematic drawings of pneumatic loops, hardware relay logic diagrams, PLC control programs, and motor control circuit diagrams
- Experience with 480VAC+, VFD’s
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
