401(k) Plans Team Leader
Do you enjoy being a go-to person for complex 401(k) plan questions and also guiding team members, identifying process improvement opportunities, and keeping your hands on a small caseload of 401(k) Plans?

The opportunity:
You will:
Lead a team of 401(k) plan administrators
Manage schedules and workload distribution
Answer questions from the team, resolving complex plan issues
Identify process improvements and help implement solutions
Participate in training and onboarding of new team members
Support professional development across the team
Maintain a small caseload of plans
Foster a collaborative, supportive culture.
What you bring:
5+ years of Retirement industry experience administering small 401(k) plans
Experience interacting with clients to discuss qualified plans
Experience with PensionPro, Datair, or ftwilliam
ASPPA or NIPA credentials or a desire to attain them
