Provide service to sponsors of small 401k plans who are setting up their plans for the first time. This position requires exceptional client service skills. This is an in office position communicating with plan sponsors on the phone and by email. This person will explain the set up process to the sponsor and answer any questions about plan administration, rollovers, plan documents, and plan compliance.

--2+ years client service experience for 401k plans

--Exceptionally strong client service and follow up abilities.
