401k Plan Administrator

Here's the scoop: You'll have the freedom to work independently on your own assigned caseload of 401k plans in a paperless workspace ("What??? No stacks of client files piled up everywhere? You mean I'll actually see the top of my desk? I've forgotten what that looks like, especially since I'm still cleaning up after Oct. 15 and getting ready for March 15!").

 

You'll also be able to collaborate with other senior level 401k plan administrators at the company when you have questions or just want to bounce ideas around about how to handle a particular plan. ("Hey, I've got this really interesting situation with a client plan...")

 

This is a telecommute OR in-office opportunity (you choose the work style that fits you).

 

You'll use Relius and also have some plans on platforms. You'll have PensionPro to keep track of everything.

 

You'll communicate with clients daily (phone and email) and have ownership of your plans from A-Z (except you won't be dealing with loans and distributions). You'll have the support of senior leadership who reviews work before it goes to the client.  You won't wait forever to get answers from your manager because the company is locally owned, locally managed, and well established. 

 

If you have ASPPA designations such as a  QKA or QPA, even better. Every day, you'll use what you learned when you obtained your credentials.

--Current Relius experience. Bonus points for experience with the online Relius module

--TPA plan administration experience

--ASPPA designations are a plus
