Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex audit engagements, mentor developing staff, and serve as a trusted resource for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute more complex audit areas with limited supervision
  • Review audit work performed by staff associates
  • Oversee internal staffing coordination on client engagements
  • Prepare client-ready financial statements
  • Build strong internal relationships that foster teamwork and collaboration
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience on every engagement
  • Contribute meaningfully to the success of client organizations
  • Mentor and develop staff associates and interns entering the profession
  • Actively engage in and give back to your local community

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–6 years of assurance experience in public accounting or industry
  • CPA certified or actively pursuing CPA licensure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to develop creative business solutions in a team environment
  • Dedication to continuous professional growth and learning
