Summary:
As an Associate Retirement Plan Advisor, you will use skills in communication and sales enablement to highlight company values, key differentiators, and service offerings to potential clients. You are responsible for developing new leads, communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional services to current clients.
A successful Associate Retirement Plan Advisor should be able to build instant rapport and achieve client satisfaction. You must possess excellent customer service skills and have marketing and sales acumen to develop leads, explain service offerings, and address questions in order to make sales. A top associate retirement plan advisor associate is a driven, hard-working professional who has a knack for closing deals.
Compensation:
Base of $100,000 - $120,000 plus 30% commission
Job Requirements
Required Experience and Skills include however are not limited to:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years’ experience in the retirement plan services and/or financial services industry
- Knowledge of ERISA laws and the retirement plan industry preferred
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 required (S63 & S65 acceptable as well)
- Life Insurance and Variable Contracts licenses preferred (Required to be able to sell insurance products)
