Job Description
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Audit professional to join our growing Assurance practice. This role offers the chance to lead client engagements from planning through completion while mentoring the next generation of staff accountants.
Responsibilities
- Drive client engagements from start to finish
- Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, management letters, agreed-upon procedures, and other attestation engagements
- Demonstrate professional creativity in handling client matters and offer constructive suggestions to improve client operations
- Analyze client transactions effectively, identifying and resolving potential or existing problems through appropriate research and consultation
- Take ownership of assignments and leverage firm resources to ensure successful completion
- Oversee, mentor, and develop staff accountants

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, with solid knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting (required)
- Active CPA license (required)
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability, with strong written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem fx
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
