Benefits Customer Service Representative
Wilmington, DE
Hybrid role
A growing, well established, extremely reputable organization is looking to add to their benefits team to continue to provide excellent service to their clients. The responsibilities of this role are to work with current clientele along with future clients to build and maintain a great working relationship. This person will work with the team on items such as renewals, client education and other benefit related tasks as they arise. They will support the account managers and executive and have a wide-open track to run on for growth within the organization.
Requirements:
- 1+ year in employee benefits ideally on the brokerage side of the business
- Health licensing a plus
- Client Service experience a must
Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 plus full benefits
