Position Overview:

We're in search of a Sr. HR Generalist to join the team! This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with frontline leaders to enhance plant performance and provide essential support to employees. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you'll be instrumental in coaching, supporting, and guiding our customer groups to effectively implement their people strategies. A strong partnership mindset is essential, as you'll be contributing to company objectives within a matrix structure. Your responsibilities will include directly supporting plant leadership, engaging in HR projects impacting the entire facility, and ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and environmental practices. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred due to the Spanish-speaking nature of many of the employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer groups and their management teams to foster individual employee development and enhance organizational capabilities.
• Manage employee relations issues in partnership with customer groups, promoting proactive support and providing exemplary customer service to employees.
• Take the lead on generalist HR duties including performance management, training, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.
• Foster an engagement, safety, and performance management culture within the business area to drive business improvement and align behaviors with company values.
• Support organizational change initiatives and business improvement projects by providing HR expertise and guidance to customer groups.
• Utilize HR data and metrics to provide decision support to customer groups and drive business objectives.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and supporting plant and Supply Chain initiatives.
• Ensure management's knowledge and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing business risk and enhancing company culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
