CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (Retirement Plans)
- Manage a caseload of 401(k) and Cash Balance plans in the small plan market
- Conduct annual, semi-annual and/or quarterly plan reviews based on client's needs
- Consult on plan design, fund selection, fund performance reviews, etc.
- Participate in final sales presentations
- Lead onboarding of new clients

Job Requirements
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (Retirement Plans)
- 3+ years 401(k) Relationship Management experience
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 or Series 66
- MUST have strong 401(k) & ERISA experience (strong knowledge of current IRS/DOL regulations)
- Ideal candidate will have professional industry designation (e.g. QKC, CRPS, CFPA, AIF, etc.)
- MUST be proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written)
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to approximately 20%)
- Experience with Cash Balance plans a plus
