Client Service Analyst Cash Balance Plans

This individual will use their excellent client service skills and knowledge of cash balance plan administration to provide superior service to cash balance plan sponsors and to advisors and to administer plans.This is not an actuarial position.

This position combines hands on administration work with client service via phone and email. This position can be telecommute or in-office in the Charlotte, NC area.

Experience with the following helps, but an overall understanding of cash balance plan administration AND client service are the most important criteria:

2+ years cash balance plan administration experience including experience speaking with clients

Bonus points for:

Cash balance offset experience

401(a)(26), 410(b) and 401(a)(4) testing experience

Experience working with new comparability plans

Combo plan testing

Preparation of actuarial valuation reports

5500 preparation

Excel experience





2+ years Cash Balance plan administration experience

Strong client service skills
