Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid Schedule)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join the dynamic team of a reputable insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients.
  • Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling additional insurance products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CISR, CIC) preferred but not required.
