Continuous Improvement Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Process Engineer/Chemistry/Chemicals/Chemical Manufacturing/Engineering/Chemical Process Engineer

Our client is a global chemical manufacturer with products used in every industry. They currently seek a Continuous Improvement Engineer to add to their team outside of Charleston, TN. This engineer with provide engineering and technical support to continuously improve the site’s operations.

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work closely with other groups to ensure efficient production solutions
  • Manage site’s MOC processes and PSM activities
  • Ensure compliance of all legal, environmental, safety, and company policies  
  • Lead and support continuous improvement activities
  • Lead site debottlenecking and troubleshooting

Salary Range: $105,000/year - $110,000/year

Job Requirements

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical Engineering or other relevant degree
  • 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience
  • Understanding of mechanical engineering equipment and processes
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering principles
