Continuous Improvement Manager
Job Description
Our client is a well known CPG company with facilities across North America, and they are looking to add a Continuous Improvement Manager to their high-volume, fast paced facility near Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a track record of collaboration and creating cohesion between different departments.

As the Continuous Improvement Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Development and lead continuous improvement opportunities
- Create data backed justification, cost analysis, and budgets
- Lead performance improvement projects
- Be a part of the leadership team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Salary Range: $90,000/year - $120,000/year

Job Requirements
As the Continuous Improvement Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Engineering
- 5+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience
- Experience in a manufacturing facility - food/beverage preferred
- Previous experience managing a program, including budgetary responsibilities
- Familiarity with Kaizen and/or Six Sigma methodology is ideal
