Responsibilities for the Controls Engineer include: 

  • Designing and maintaining process control systems including PLC, MCC’s, and VFD’s 
  • Troubeshooting networks 
  • Managing small to mid-size controls projects and ensure schedule and budget goals are met 
  • Overseeing instrumentation technicians 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Controls Engineer include: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering 
  • Related experience within a process environment 
  • Proven understanding of PLC programming and HMI development 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities 
  • Must be a self-starter
