Retirement Services Career Opportunity available with stable, yet growing, Retirement Services company in the Chicago area. This position is open due to growth in the firm's business. This is a client facing conversions lead position. The new hire will manage client relationships and work with external vendors including recordkeepers throughout the conversion process. This is a high visibility position in a fast paced organization. Commitment to providing excellent client service is the most important criteria for success in this position. This is an in-office position and will not involve meeting clients.

2+ years 401k plan conversions experience
Excellent client service skills
Experience explaining the conversions process to new clients and walking them through the process
Management experience is a plus but is not required
