Our client is global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and performance materials used in many industries. They have over 30 manufacturing plants worldwide and are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to be based at their headquarters located in Ohio. This person will support continuous improvement efforts at plants throughout the world. Travel near 50% will be required.

Salary Range: $135,000/year - $150,000/year

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or another relevant degrees. It also requires a minimum of 8 years of post-graduate continuous improvement experience in an industrial setting. A strong track record of managing continuous improvement projects is a must. The ideal candidate will have a Six Sigma certification and a strong knowledge of LEAN principles. Agile Scrum experience is highly desired.
