POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer a high volume of inbound sales calls generated through a variety of media channels from consumers interested in applying for pre-settlement funding • Accurately document and present information regarding our products and services during phone interactions resulting in onboarding of new customers    • Meet sales goals and key performance call center metrics while working accurately and efficiently • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to show empathy when addressing customer concerns

 QUALIFICATIONS  
 
•     High School degree or equivalent, some college preferred • 1-2 years previous experience in a high volume call center environment • 1-2 years previous sales experience in retail, hotel, cellular, and other desirable • Computer proficiency with minimum typing of 35wpm • Must be able to handle a high call volume while maintaining high sales performance goals • Experience using online chat in a high volume call center  • Ability to work in a team environment, follow call scripts and procedures, adapt to change and balance multiple priorities •     Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required •     Bilingual in Spanish is a plus •     Must be able to pass thorough background investigation  • Must have reliable transportation • Must be available to work the 11:30am – 8pm shift
