Reports to Supply Chain Manager
My client, a global specialty chemical company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This position will be responsible for communicating with customers and internal staff to ensure orders.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Process and enter customer orders accurately in SAP
- Coordinate shipments, warehouse pickups, and order follow-ups
- Prepare invoicing, billing, credits, and debits
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and price requests
- Maintain customer pricing files and product documentation (COAs, TDS)
- Generate and update order, shipment, and service-level reports
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and external warehouses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current SAP experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
