Customer Service Representative

Feltonville, NC

Reports to Supply Chain Manager

 

My client, a global specialty chemical company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This position will be responsible for communicating with customers and internal staff to ensure orders.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Process and enter customer orders accurately in SAP
  • Coordinate shipments, warehouse pickups, and order follow-ups
  • Prepare invoicing, billing, credits, and debits
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and price requests
  • Maintain customer pricing files and product documentation (COAs, TDS)
  • Generate and update order, shipment, and service-level reports
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and external warehouses

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current SAP experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
