We're looking for a client-focused DC Relationship Manager to join a growing retirement consulting firm. If you enjoy building long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and helping clients navigate their retirement plans, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of Defined Contribution retirement plan clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Coordinate annual plan administration, compliance, and consulting with internal teams.
• Assist clients with plan design discussions, regulatory updates, and best practices.
• Review plan activity and help ensure ongoing compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations.
• Partner with administrators and consultants to deliver accurate, timely solutions.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of Defined Contribution retirement plan experience.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k), profit-sharing, and qualified retirement plans.
• Excellent client relationship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Retirement industry designations such as QKA, QPA, CPC, APA, or similar are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
