Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of water-soluble technologies for many different of industries. They currently seek a Development Engineer to support the development of new processes within their manufacturing facility in Indiana. This engineer will investigate, identify, and implement new technologies into their manufacturing processes.

Salary Range: $105,000/year - $120,000/year

Job Requirements

The position requires a degree in Chemical Engineering or other related degrees. It also requires a minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience out of polymers, coatings, or films. Previous experience managing processes and capital projects is a must. Proven track record of producing significant improvements to processes is required.
