This position requires a degree in Chemical Engineering or, possibly, mechanical engineering. It requires an absolute minimum of 10 years  of post-graduate engineering management experience in a refinery or other large-scale continuous chemical plants. It also requires previous management of capital projects in excess of $5 million dollars and some experience in an operations management capacity
