As the EHS Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, projects, and policies
  • Ensure compliance with all company, Federal, State, OHSA, and local regulations
  • Lead accident/incident investigations, provide corrective actions, and track progress
  • Provide site safety training, support and coach employees on safe work behaviors 
  • Provide and keep all EHS related permits and reporting

Job Requirements

As the EHS Manager job requirements consist of but are not limited to, the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Business, or other relevant field
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
  • 3+ years of experience in an environmental, health, safety, or industrial hygiene focused role
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) experience
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Previous experience with ISO14001
