Job Description
EHS Specialist/Engineering/Chemistry/EHS/EHS Manager/Safety/Environmental/Health/EHS Manager/Building Materials/Health and Safety/Chemical Engineer/OHSA/EHS Generalist
As the EHS Specialist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local and company environmental, health and safety standards
- Develop, implement, and manage site’s EHS systems and policies
- Audit manufacturing processes and make recommendations for process safety
- Responsible for site safety training and coaching of employees
- Lead incident investigations and provide corrective actions
- Manage compliance documentation and records

Job Requirements
As the EHS Specialist job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in a relevant science related field – Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering, etc.
- 4+ years of experience in a safety and/or environmental role in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulatory standards
- Previous experience utilizing Root-Cause analysis
