Job Title: Employee Benefits Account Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee employee benefits programs. This hybrid role offers flexibility with three days in the office and two days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits programs.
- Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations to clients on benefits plan design and compliance.
- Conduct open enrollment sessions and assist employees with benefits inquiries.
- Stay current on benefits regulations and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits management or account management.
- Strong knowledge of benefits plans and regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and benefits management software.
Preferred:
- Benefits certifications (GBA, CEBS) are a plus.
