· Managing the maintenance and capital projects budgets
· Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Engineering & Maintenance Manager include:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering strongly preferred
· At least 5 years of maintenance and engineering experience within a plant environment
· Proven leadership experience
· Understanding of E&I and PLC
· Capital Projects management
· Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, mentorship and teambuilding abilities
