Job Requirements
Requirements for the Engineering & Maintenance Manager include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Mechanical Engineering focus preferred
- At least 5 years of related experience, preferably within a chemical or heavy industrial environment
- Strong management experience
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team building and mentoring skills
