Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful global company. This visible role reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the North America Manufacturing & Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities include:

Drive plant goals, safety, and continuous improvement while empowering teams and managing capital budgets. Key focus areas include team leadership, capital asset execution, strategic planning, process standardization, risk management, and budget control.

Direct daily operations for maintenance, engineering, and contractors while fostering an empowered, communicative culture.

Manage annual budgets, project approvals, and asset design to improve efficiency and ROI.

Develop long-term capital plans and facility layouts to expand capacity and support growth.

Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and building regulations, including waste disposal and fire codes.

 Collaborate on operating and capital budgets to implement cost-reduction strategies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering preferred
  • Manufacturing experience is required. Will consider most industries 
  • Reliability experience including root cause analysis and preventive maintenance 
  • Proactive maintenance leadership, strategy and system building experience
  • TPM or other proactive maintenance Strategy experience 
  • Experience with capital budget requests, cost etc.
  • Experience raising expectations and accountability
