Engineering Manager
Job Description
Our client is a global specialty and intermediate chemical manufacturer with facilities across the US and internationally. This company is looking to add an Engineering Manager to their facility roughly 50 miles outside of Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong record of technical leadership of Process Engineers.

As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage, lead, and mentor the Process Engineering group
- Development and lead continuous improvement plans
- Provide technical leadership for production areas
- Responsible for ensuring goals and targets are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 + yearly bonus

Job Requirements
As the Engineering Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 8+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience; chemicals preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Previous experience overseeing a Process Engineering group
- Experience in a PSM regulated facility
