Our client is a well-known agricultural cooperative with facilities across North America. This innovation company is looking to add an Engineering Manager to their facility near Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a track record of creating cohesion between engineering and maintenance teams.

As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Development and lead continuous improvement plans
  • Manage financial aspects of projects
  • Lead technical system improvements
  • Be a part of the leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures

Salary Range: $120,000/year - $130,000/year

Job Requirements

As the Engineering Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS or MS in Engineering or Business
  • 7+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience
  • Previous experience in food and/or beverage industry is ideal
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in a PSM regulated facility a plus
