Job Description
Our client is a well-known agricultural cooperative with facilities across North America. This innovation company is looking to add an Engineering Manager to their facility near Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a track record of creating cohesion between engineering and maintenance teams.

As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Development and lead continuous improvement plans
- Manage financial aspects of projects
- Lead technical system improvements
- Be a part of the leadership team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000

Job Requirements
As the Engineering Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS or MS in Engineering or Business
- 7+ years of in-plant manufacturing experience
- Previous experience in food and/or beverage industry is ideal
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in a PSM regulated facility a plus
