Our client is a manufacturer of specialty engineering materials used in multiple different industries. They currently seek an Engineering Manager for their plant just outside of Toledo, OH. The ideal candidate should enjoy being out in the plant and getting involved in the technical aspects of the process like assisting with troubleshooting when needed. This person should be a strong leader that enjoys developing their team and mentoring young engineers.

As an Engineering Manager job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead operations and process improvements with technical expertise
• Plan, organize & direct the Manufacturing department
• Maintain capital and maintenance budgets
• Work with team leaders to develop/implement plans to efficiently use materials, labor & equipment to meet production targets
• Achieve project objectives within agreed time, cost, & quality parameters
