Engineering and Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Our client is a global producer of specialty chemical products and a world leader in the production of polymers. They currently seek an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to help maximize efficiency at their facility in Hattiesburg, MS.

As the Engineering and Maintenance job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage maintenance and engineering operations
- Work with team leaders to optimize company and equipment performance
- Ensure all local, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and objectives are met
- Assist with maintenance strategies
- Ensure quality of manufacturing, including cost control
- Lead MOC and MI requirements under PSM
- Ensure continuous equipment and process improvements
Salary Range: $140,000/year - $150,000/year

Job Requirements
As a Plant Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Must have experience in a PSM environment
- Experience improving plant engineering operations
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation equipment
