Our client is a global producer of specialty chemical products and a world leader in the production of polymers. They currently seek an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to help maximize efficiency at their facility in Hattiesburg, MS. 

Engineering and Maintenance Manager/Engineering Manager/Maintenance Manager/Operations Manager/Chemical Engineer/Engineering/Manufacturing/Chemicals/Chemical Manufacturing/Operations/Production Leader/Plant Manager/Production Manager/PSM

As the Engineering and Maintenance job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage maintenance and engineering operations
• Work with team leaders to optimize company and equipment performance
• Ensure all local, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and objectives are met
• Assist with maintenance strategies 
• Ensure quality of manufacturing, including cost control
• Lead MOC and MI requirements under PSM 
• Ensure continuous equipment and process improvements 

Salary Range: $140,000/year - $150,000/year

As a Plant Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
• Must have experience in a PSM environment 
• Experience improving plant engineering operations
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation equipment
