Environmental Control Engineer/Engineering/Chemistry/EHS/EHS Manager/Safety/Environmental/Health/Controls Engineer/Thermal Oxidation/Scrubbing/Thermal Oxidizers/Abatement Technologies/Abatement Equipment Engineer/Senior Engineer

 

As the Environmental Control Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop, implement, and manage company abatement technologies
  • Address issues with equipment and recommend improvements
  • Be company subject matter expert and oversee multiple manufacturing sites
  • Manage permit compliance of new equipment

Job Requirements

As the Environmental Control Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in a relevant science related field – Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility with extensive knowledge in environmental control equipment
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time
  • Previous experience identifying and implementing new equipment and managing improvements
  • Experience with thermal oxidation, scrubbing, and/or thermal oxidizers
