Job Description

Our client is a producer of agricultural products that are sold in thousands of retail outlets worldwide. They currently seek an engineer to focus on air permitting in their manufacturing facility located in the panhandle of Texas.

Environmental Engineer/Environmental/Engineering/Chemicals/Air Permitting/Chemical Engineer/Agriculture/Physical Sciences

As an Environmental Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Recognize areas of improvement and implement corrective projects
  • Create and submit Environmental reports
  • Work cross functionally to keep Risk Management Plan
  • Complete and maintain all necessary air permits
  • Ensure compliance of local, federal, and state regulatory policies and guidelines

Job Requirements

 As an Environmental Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Environmental or another related field
  • 8+ years of compliance (Title V, NSR, PSD), chemical manufacturing, and/or air permitting experience. 
  • Knowledge of Clean Air Act Regulatory, CERCLA, and EPCRA
