Environmental Lead/EHS Specialist/EHS/Environmental/ Chemicals/Chemical Manufacturing/PSM/Engineer/Engineering/PSM/EHS Generalist/Chemical Engineer/Specialty Chemicals/Title V/Air Permitting/Chemistry/Biology/Environmental Science/Physics
Our client is a global manufacturer of chemical products, and they currently seek an Environmental Lead to be their environmental subject matter expert and manage their Title V Air Permitting. This position will be based at their facility in greater St. Louis, MO area.
As the Environmental Lead job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure environmental compliance with all company, Federal, State, and local regulations
- Oversee site’s Title V Air Permitting, including reporting
- Test, track, and document environmental related information; report information to governmental agencies
- Investigate site incidents and ensure corrective action plans
- Assist with environment focused EHS trainings and updates

Job Requirements
As the Environmental Lead job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental sciences, biology, chemistry, physics, or another related field
- 10+ years of environmental regulatory experience out of chemical, petro-chemical, or petroleum manufacturing
- Extensive knowledge of/experience with environmental compliance and permitting
- Previous experience with Title V Air Permitting
- Familiarity with current safety and environmental standards, rules, and regulations
- Familiarity with hazardous waste regulations
