Job Description

Seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturer near LaPorte, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive maintenance management experience within a chemical or heavy industry environment.
 
Responsibilities for the Facilities & Maintenance Manager include:
•     Managing site maintenance and reliability processes
•     Ensuring employee and site safety through the implementation of procedures and policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
•     Overseeing the CMMS
•     Leading and developing department personnel
•     Assisting in the development and implementation of budgets and capital plans

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Facilities & Maintenance Manager include:
•     Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field of study required
•     20+ years of maintenance within a chemical or heavy industrial environment
•     At least 5 years of Maintenance Management required
•     Strong understanding of PSM/RMP covered processes is a must
•     Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
