This position is a benefits group sales position that will be focused on self-funded plans. ALL THE LEADS FOR THIS ROLE ARE WARM. There are over 20,000 members to this organization and they are looking for a polished group sales representative to sell to these member businesses throughout the mid-Atlantic and southeast. This individual should have a past track record of success in this industry selling direct to various different sizes and types of organizations.

Requirement:
This person should have past self-funded sales experience and track record of success in the industry. Must be licensed and open to travel.
Compensation:
$65,000 - $100,000 base plus 35% of revenue and 25% on first year renewals and 15% on second year renewals.
