Job Description

Partner in the effective execution of the plant strategies to meet business goals, and provide feedback and support on all employee related issues at the site
Advise employees and management personnel on the interpretation of Company policies, programs and procedures
Responds to all internal and external HR inquiries at the plant
Works with plant leaders to resolve minor employee issues and conflict resolution
Will develop and propose improvements to policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of the human resources administration practice and safety
Work with Corporate Benefits to ensure delivery of benefits for eligible employees in the plant

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Experience working with payroll (ADP, Workforce, Oracle)
Professional designation in Human Resources is preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of employment, industrial labor relations, and occupational safety legislation
Exposure to payroll processes and practices
The ability to organize the workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
