Job Description
- Facilitating general employee inquiries and providing timely responses
- Elevating job satisfaction by introducing new perks, benefits, and coordinating team-building activities
- Collaborating with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, and aiding in the hiring process
- Overseeing the seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Contributing to the enhancement of employer branding initiatives
- Maintaining digital employee files and managing necessary documentation
- Ensuring compliance with year-round regulatory requirements from various entities
- Crafting clear communications encompassing both HR and company-related messages for employees
- Assisting in the formulation and application of human resource policies
- Embracing additional tasks as delegated

Job Requirements
- Over 3 years' experience in HR roles like generalist, coordinator, or specialist
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems, advantageous if present
- Proficiency in developing presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Ability to generate and interpret reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Bonus points for prior recruiting experience
