Human Resource Manager - just outside of Charlotte - Relocation Assistant offered

We are seeking to add a human resources leader who will bring their experience to strengthen our function and support our leadership as we prepare for the next phase of growth and transformation in our business. We are looking for an energetic individual who is technically saavy, comes with ideas and problem-solving skills and is motivated to continue to learn and grow with us

We are seeking an experienced human resources professional who demonstrates a successful track record of growth and handling increased challenge over their career, including manufacturing experience as well as leadership of a small team. Being technically saavy working with various HR tools and systems will help the successful candidate to be successful in this role. He/she will participate in identifying and implementing improvements in HR processes and operations, including supporting digitalization of HR activities.

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field required.

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience with a history of increasing generalist responsibilities in human resources, preferably having experience in manufacturing

• A broad understanding of and experience in the functional components of human resources including employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment/retention, training/development, organizational development, and HRIS systems.

• Experience leading a small team (1-3) is required
