Job Description
Benefits Administrator
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing and coordinate the annual open enrollment process for all locations
• Coordinate aspects of retirement plan administration related to 401(k) including testing, audits and distribution of notices
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and standards at all times
• Monitor and maintain compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements
• Respond to and work with third party administrators to solve eligibility coverage and claims issues
• Prepare and distribute monthly insurance reporting and invoicing
• Plan, coordinate and follow-up with yearly Health Risk Assessments

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resource related field, Human Resources Certification preferred
• Experience administering, including training others, on the use of an HRIS
• Prefer experience administering benefits in manufacturing organization with multiple sites
