Job Description

My client, a global multi billion dollar chemical manufacturing company in Baltimore is recruiting for an IT Procurement Sourcing Lead.  This position can be located in Baltimore or Houston and it is a hybrid schedule.

IT Procurement Sourcing Lead – Reporting to the Sr. Procurement Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting the global integrated supply chain transformation to drive strategies and implement solutions for the IT category company wide.

  • Manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits
  • Negotiate purchasing agreements with key vendors
  • Work cross functionally within Integrated Supply Chain
  • Search for new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sourcing role
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing IT
  • BA/BS 

My client is offering growth potential and a generous  compensation package including bonus and full relocation. This is a hybrid position (2-3 days work from home)
