As an Industrial Hygienist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, projects, and policies
- Ensure compliance with all company, Federal, State, and local regulations
- Lead incident and accident investigations, provide corrective actions, and track progress
- Drive industrial hygiene continuous improvement
- Create and provide site EHS training and training programs

Job Requirements
As an Industrial Hygienist job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant science field; Master’s degree is ideal
- Previous experience our of chemical, petrochemicals, or oil/gas manufacturing
- 3+ years of Industrial Hygiene experience in a manufacturing facility
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or ability to attain it within 3 years of employment
- Strong working knowledge of solid and hazardous waste regulations
