We are looking to hire a Instructional and eLearning Developer. This role will be based in office, you will be a part of corporate learning team and work directly with our subject matter experts to develop effective, user-friendly, and performance-based materials as well as interactive media. 

• Work directly with technical subject matter experts to understand business challenges and design and develop proposed learning solutions

• Independently create appropriate learning and development solutions for e-learning, instructor-led, performance support, and/or other – based on instructionally sound learning design with an eye for the learner experience

• Follow established review process for feedback throughout the development process.

• Apply skills and knowledge to projects while continuing to learn new approaches and tools

• Proactively communicate project progress and deliver high-quality work that meets deadlines

• Five or more years’ experience developing instructionally sound learning solutions required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

• Knowledge of adult learning theory along with a passion for helping manufacturing associates learn the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively

• Advanced Articulate Storyline 360 expertise, advanced PowerPoint skills including basic graphic design, and extensive use of Camtasia for screencasts along with experience using Articulate 360 suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition), and Microsoft suite.

• Video and audio recording, editing, and production skills

• Experience publishing courses in an LMS or a similar system desired

• Basic understanding of html and web page publishing

• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service and teamwor
